LCCM COVID-19 Guidelines and Protocol
If you feel ill or have COVID-19 symptoms please…
- Stay home and livestream on our Life Creek Church YouTube Channel

If a Member Tests Positive with COVID-19
- If you have attended church within 5-7 days after testing positive for COVID-19, please inform Pastor Joshua or another church leader
- If deemed necessary, an email will be sent to all in attendance for that given Sunday or other church event
- Before returning to church, please make sure you are symptom free and:
- Have a negative COVID test
-OR-
- It has been at least 14 days after positive COVID test
Close Contact with Member who Tests Positive
Close contact being defined as within 6 feet of the individual for 15 minutes or more within a 24-hour period.
- For any individuals who experience COVID-19 symptoms after an exposure: We strongly recommend self-isolating and getting tested per CDC guidelines.
- Before returning to church, we require that you are symptom free and/ or have a negative test.

- If you are fully vaccinated and have no symptoms:
There is no recommendation to quarantine. However, fully vaccinated people should get tested 5 days after their exposure, even if they don’t have symptoms and wear a mask indoors in public for 14 days following exposure or until their test result is negative.
If you are unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated:
Quarantining and getting tested immediately is recommended as you may spread the virus even if you do not have typical symptoms. If the test is negative, test again 5-7 days after the last time you were exposed. Wear a mask when around other people.
